Thanks for creating this thread. I am facilitating Social coding commons, both the forum and the website. Note that the forum is only partially meant as a discussion forum. The topic about fediverse vision is one of the Major challenges facing the fediverse that led to the establishment of Social coding commons. During my work as facilitator I noticed how overly tech-focused the ActivityPub developer community is, and it has resulted in an app-centric fediverse that isn’t really innovative in what it offers (decentralized duplicates of existing social media platforms). SX considers there is a sociosphere where real people have needs, which the technosphere should strive to support. SX is a generic solution development approach, that holistically considers the entire solution supply chain.
